CASE REPORT: We report a case of left internal jugular vein thrombosis, presenting as a late complication of moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. CONCLUSION: Prevention of vascular thrombosis should be a part of the treatment in the setting of assisted reproductive procedures complicated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
